Westham

Westham Methodist Church is no longer a worshipping community, but the property still belongs to the circuit and is used by many community groups such as Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Fellowship meetings for Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, The Leg Club, Spirit of Life Band, Art Class, T@2 and the list goes on. The rent we collect pays for all the outgoings and makes a contribution to circuit finances. The building is looked after by a very small group of church members from the Weymouth area. We need to give the building and its grounds a bit of an autumn clean up. We would be very grateful for any help anyone can give, we pay in copious amounts of coffee and cake! If you are available we will be meeting from 9.00am until 12 noon on Saturday 23 November 2019. The full address is Westham Methodist Church Newstead Road Weymouth DT4 0AR. If you want to have a look around the building and support our outreach we would love to see you.
