The soggy band of helpers edit

Weymouth Bay church will be re-opening for worship on Sunday 23 May 2021. However, the Sunday before, 16 May, we will be carrying out a litter pick as part of Surfers against Sewage Million Mile Beach Clean campaign, to show our support and interest in a clean environment. Please see our newsletter on this site or email weybaymc@yahoo.com if you want more details.

Sunday 16th started so well with 18 people, both church members and their families, but unfortunately the weather turned against us and we got a bit wet! Still, as Ruth said, we won't forget that Sunday in a hurry. Half a rubbish bin full was collected, plus a large piece of cardboard for the recyclcing.
