Easton Methodist Church has been serving the community of Easton, Portland for over one hundred years and has developed into a very versatile church. Although still small at just over fifty members, it is a hub for the community and will host many different events and projects like Cafe Church, Active Cafe, The Board Room, Butterflies Parent and Toddler Group, Churches Together Weekly Prayer Meeting and Sacred Encounter. This, the larger of the two churches on the isle of Portland has been one of the few Methodist churches that is pioneering the multiplex worship system which tries to cater for differing preferences for learning and worshipping without isolating any age groups.

10:30 All-Age Service in the Main Sanctuary includes the following activities:

  • Sermon in the Sanctuary — Interactive Sermon stream in the main sanctuary.
  • Messy Church in the Hall — Interactive crafty, creative, and fun time of worship for all ages.
  • Activate Youth Stream — A discussion based group aimed at Young People (meets on the 1st Sunday of each month).

If you would like to come along for Messy Church then please feel free to come to the hall adjacent to the church at around 11am.

All are welcome to stay for refreshments in the main hall following the service.
